Overview

1. We are primarily focused on producing Chipboard and Corrugated interior protective packaging for high-volume applications.
2. We currently service two of the largest glass manufacturers in the world, one of the largest wineries in California, one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, and have recently begun joint operations with a national distributor.
3. Established in late 2015 to give companies a choice in an interior packaging market that has become monopolistic.
4. Our first two manufacturing locations are located in Urbana, Ohio and Fairfield, California.
5. We own and operate high-speed, high-volume, fully-automatic partition manufacturing equipment in both of our locations and intend to place additional equipment anywhere in the country where it makes sense.
6. The executive team has over 116 years of partition and packaging industry experience and our manufacturing partner, Colepak, has been in operation since 1987.
7. We have created strategic partnerships with paper manufacturers, but we are not mandated to purchase from any particular mill group which allows us to be incredibly creative and flexible in finding practical and cost effective solutions for our customers.
8. Current Reserve Annual Partition Manufacturing Capacity of 12 million partitions.

10. No sawing is used in our corrugated manufacturing process resulting in very clean, die-cut quality corrugated partitions.

13. We have expansive warehousing capabilities as well as a willingness to create and maintain run and release programs if necessary to ensure exceptional responsiveness.
